The User Activity Summary Report gives a summary of the number of effective, advanced, pushed ahead and viewed clients by user.

When a client is viewed the productivity type is set to 'Viewed.' If the user updates the follow-up date of the delinquent loan and enters a follow-up note with an effective Call Type, the productivity type is set to 'Effective.' If the user only updates the follow-up date of a delinquent loan and enters a follow-up note using an ineffective Call Type, the productivity type is set to 'Advanced.' If the user only updates the follow-up date of the delinquent loan and clicks 'Next,' the productivity type is set to 'Pushed Ahead.'

Access to this report is controlled by your Security Profile.

• Select User Activity Summary from the Reports tab.
• Click Run Report.

• The report will be generated for all users in the current month.
• If you wish you can adjust the date range and users.

• Click View Report.

• If you want to print, save or export the report, select a report destination.
